Cancellation Policy
House of Shaves Barbershop requires that clients inform us at least 2 hours in advance if they are unable to make it to their appointment. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by the client by the following methods:
Reply to your appointment confirmation text message with the letter X (fastest)
Using our free app
Logging into your account online
Using the link in the appointment confirmation email
Calling us

No Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment may be prompted to pay a deposit when booking online in the future. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by the client by:

Calling us
We understand things come up. We really don’t like charging cancellation/no-show fees. Please let us know if you are unable to make it to your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients who are running late for their appointments are encouraged to call the barbershop to inform the barber that they are still coming in. We may not always be able to accommodate late arrivals. Clients who arrive more than a few minutes late may have to reschedule or will be considered walk-in clients.
Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Clients earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services at any of our locations. After 150 points are accumulated, a $5 off reward will be added to the client’s account. No paper cards to carry around, our system will track everything for you.
All clients are automatically enrolled when an account is created.
Points will expire after 6 months if not used.
To redeem, simply ask a team member to claim your reward during checkout. Note that only 150 points ($5) can be redeemed at a time.
Loyalty points discounts cannot be combined with any other discount
Product Exchange Guarantee
We offer a 7-day product exchange guarantee on all products sold in-store. If you don’t love your product, bring it back and we’ll exchange it with an equally or lesser-priced product for free. We reserve the right to refuse product exchanges.

Membership Agreement
Member agrees that we cannot guarantee a stylist/barber for the duration of the Membership term
Membership does not guarantee an appointment date or time availability.
Service booking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Members are encouraged to book in advance to take full advantage of all membership benefits.
Members acknowledge that arriving late for a scheduled service may result in a modified service or rescheduled appointment based on what the barbershop can accommodate.
Members agree that the cost of the membership may change in the future.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Member understands that, if applicable, Free Neck Shaves are on a walk-in-only basis
Members may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their membership or change their payment method and/or billing date by submitting a Membership Modification Form
Member Benefits
You are entitled to your member benefits on the terms and conditions described throughout this agreement
Single Classic Membership - 1 Month:
One Classic Service (approx. 30-minute) credited monthly at the time of your billing
Additional services and products at a discounted member rate
Payment recurs monthly on the date your membership was created. Membership payments are non-refundable for any reason.
Single Classic Membership - 12 Months:
12 Classic Services (approx. 30-minute) credited at the time of your billing
Additional services and products at a discounted member rate
Payment recurs annually on the date your membership was created until canceled. Membership payments are non-refundable for any reason.
Double Classic Membership - 1 Month:
Two Classic Services (approx. 30-minute) credited monthly at the time of your billing
Additional services and products at a discounted member rate
Payment recurs monthly on the date your membership was created. Membership payments are non-refundable for any reason.
Double Classic Membership - 12 Months:
24 Classic Services (approx. 30-minute) credited at the time of your billing
Additional services and products at a discounted member rate

Triple Classic Membership - 1 Month:
Three Classic Services (approx. 30-minute) credited monthly at the time of your billing
Additional services and products at a discounted member rate

Triple Classic Membership - 12 Months:
36 Classic Services (approx. 30-minute) credited at the time of your billing
Additional services and products at a discounted member rate

Unlimited Classic Membership - 1 Month:
Unlimited Classic Services (approx. 30-minute) credited monthly at the time of your billing
Additional services and products at a discounted member rate

Unlimited Classic Membership - 12 Months:
Unlimited Classic Services (approx. 30-minute) credited at the time of your billing
Additional services and products at a discounted member rate

Additional Benefit Details
Splitting and Combining:
With the exception of the Unlimited Classic Membership, you may choose to split or combine accrued services on your account as you wish and apply them to a shorter or longer service.
Session Length:
All our service times are approximate. In some cases, services may be slightly longer or shorter than listed.
Reciprocity:
While you are an active member you may use your benefits at any location; however, prices and services offered at each location may vary and require additional payments.
You are considered an “active member” if you have made all payments and have not terminated, frozen or suspended your agreement.
Payment Details, Cancellation & Use of Accrued Services
Initial Term:
Your Membership Agreement begins the day you join as a member and ends 30 days from the request to cancel.
Payments Due:
Your monthly payment of the monthly price of the membership as stated will be charged on the day of enrollment and continue monthly thereafter until you request to cancel.
Monthly payments will be charged to the credit card you place on file.
Memberships will be automatically suspended if the payment method fails and will remain suspended after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
If you would like to change your payment method or change your membership type or cancel your membership, please submit a Membership Modification Form
Membership payments are non-refundable for any reason
Accrual:
With the exception of the Unlimited Classic Membership, unused Service Credits roll over monthly and stay on the account if you are an active member.
You are considered an “active member” if you have made all monthly payments and have not terminated, frozen, or suspended your agreement.
Recurring Monthly Memberships
With the exception of Unlimited Memberships, Service credits for recurring memberships do not expire and will roll over if not used.
Credits are issued monthly or annually on the date your membership was created.
Recurring memberships will renew monthly or annually until canceled.
Non-Recurring (Term) Memberships
Service credits for the specific term are issued all at once at the time of payment. Service credits do not expire.
Non-Recurring Memberships do not renew and will expire at the end of the specified term. Service credits will not expire but membership benefits (such as service and product discounts) will expire at the end of the membership term.
